Christopher Barfield joined OUBO as our Senior Fire Protection Engineer. Chris worked for over 15 years in the Fire Marshall’s office of Chesterfield, VA.

Ruta Vasiukevicius earned her Permit Technician certification through the ICC Academy.

There are new faces in the OUBO office including two that you may have seen before in other roles! David Jones has joined OUBO as our Senior Electrical Engineer. You may remember seeing him some years ago when he led the Power and Light group within FM Operations. In between then and now, David worked for the City of Manassas. Welcome back to FM, David! Darin Clements joined OUBO. Darin is a Building Inspector with certifications in multiple inspection types. His extensive experience includes 16 years as a building inspector at the city of Charlottesville and most recently, five years as a superintendent for a regional contractor.
